Here at StoreMob we want our customers to be happy. You are our number one priority. While we can't always do exactly what you want, if you're unhappy with your purchase, we will certainly do our best to remedy the situation.

What do I get by registering?

Registering provides direct access to our deals, the ability to vote on future mobs, interact with other mobsters in the deal comment section and our forums; it simplifies the checkout experience and lets you keep up to date on future mobs that might tickle your fancy via our e-mail newsletter.

What is it that I'm buying?

StoreMob brings together the mob and various interested retailers with mob passes. You buy a mob pass for a small upfront amount, and redeem it at a later time at a retailer for huge savings on the product you were going to buy at full price anyway.

Why are there a minimum number of orders?

StoreMob operates on the premise that a group of people should be able to get together and demand a lower bulk purchase price. If you don’t have the mob, you can’t get the deal.

What happens if the minimum number of purchases is not met?

If the minimum number of purchases is not met, the deal is off. Don’t worry if you signed up for it, you won’t be charged until the deal is on.

How long is my Mob Pass valid?

StoreMob has been assured by the retailer that there will be enough stock set aside for the mob for a full 5 business days after the deal has been confirmed. The mob passis valid for up to 3 months afterwards – stock permitting.

What happens if I don’t redeem in time?

If you haven’t redeemed your mob pass after 3 months you’re out of luck. What took you so long, anyway? Don’t get down; chances are there is something just as good or better available now or right around the corner. Keep an eye on your e-mail!

Can I return my Mob Pass?

Yes, but only before the deal is tipped! Afterwards, all Mob Pass are final sale (lucky for you it didn’t cost very much)! Maybe you can find another mobster to take it off you in the forums?

Is there a limit to the number of Mob Passes I can buy?

Yes, you can only buy one. Share the love and all, y’know? Feel free to refer your friends and family if you think they’d be interested.

How do I redeem my Mob Pass?

Just visit the retailer’s site, add the item to your shopping cart along with anything else you want and apply the coupon code you received before checking out. Easy peasy.

What happens if I have trouble redeeming my Mob Pass?

If a retailer is unable to fulfil an order within x days of the deal tipping for whatever reason your money will be refunded in full. If you’re having technical problems feel free to ask us or other mobsters for help in the forums. If the retailer is giving you trouble contact us directly.

What happens if my product doesn’t show up, or is broken on arrival?

Best thing to do is contact the retailer directly for information on shipping or product replacements.

Can I return my product?

This depends solely on the retailer. Chances are you’ll be facing additional shipping charges and a restocking fee like with any other return.
